Terms & Conditions

By booking an appointment with Saab Lash Studio, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These policies are in place to ensure a smooth, safe, and high-quality service for every client.

Appointments & Cancellations

• Please arrive on time to avoid a reduced appointment or cancellation.

• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.

• Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a 50–100% fee of the booked service.

• Repeat no-shows may result in being unable to book future appointments.

Before Your Appointment

• Please arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes. Mascara, oils, and residue will affect retention.

• If you arrive with dirty lashes, a lash cleansing fee may apply.

• If you are wearing strip lashes, mascara, or have heavy buildup, extra time may be needed and may reduce lashing time.

Infills

• An infill is considered after 2–3 weeks with at least 40–60% of lash extensions remaining.

• Anything less will be booked as a full set.

• Previously applied extensions from another salon may require a removal if they are not suitable for an infill.

Health & Safety

• Please notify us if you have:

  • Eye infections

  • Recent eye surgeries

  • Allergies or sensitivities

  • Skin conditions around the eye

• Saab Lash Studio has the right to refuse service if it may compromise your safety.

Allergies & Reactions

• Allergic reactions can occur even if you have had lash extensions before.

• We do not offer refunds for allergic reactions.

• A free lash removal will be provided if a reaction occurs within 48 hours of your appointment.

Aftercare

• Clients are responsible for following the aftercare instructions provided.

• Poor aftercare can affect retention and is not the responsibility of the lash artist.

• No refunds will be issued for issues caused by improper aftercare.

Children & Pets

• For safety reasons, no children or additional guests are allowed in the treatment area.

• Pets are not permitted unless they are registered support animals.

Guarantee Period

• Saab Lash Studio offers a 72-hour guarantee for premature lash shedding.

• If lashes fall off excessively within this time, a complimentary touch-up will be offered.

• After 72 hours, normal charges apply.

Photography & Marketing

• Before/after photos may be taken for portfolio and marketing purposes.

• Please inform your lash artist if you do not wish to be photographed.

Payment & Pricing

• Prices on website are subject to change without notice.

• Full payment is required before services begin.

• No refund given if booking is not cancelled before 24-hours notice.

• Prices may change after in person consultation and evaluation.
