IINFILLS
You must have at least 40-60% lash extensions remaining to qualify for an infill within 2-3 weeks.

DEPOSIT

Deposits are non transferrable or refundable if you cancel or reschedule within 24hrs of your appointments. Bookings cancelled or rescheduled within 24hrs require a new online booking and deposit.


 

RESCHEDULING/
CANCELLATION

Please reschedule or cancel your appointment within 48hrs. This can be done via email or the confirmation email at the bottom of the page. Your deposit will be non-refundable.

 

CONFIRMATION EMAIL

After booking your appointment, check your email (including junk) for all information regarding location and any pre appointment reminders. You can make changes to your booking through the confirmation email.

NO SHOWS

If you miss or cancel your appointment without 24 hours notice, you will be responsible for 100% of the appointment fee. Email or text if you want to cancel outside 24hrs to ensure refund.
